The kind of lighting you have in your house goes a long way in determining the look and feel of the house. The rooms could be made to look bigger trough appropriate lighting. Furniture can be made to look elegant by having the lamp shades in the right place. The colors combining with the lighting could add a nice mood to every room from a playful ambience in the kids' rooms to the romantic ambience of the bedrooms and the calm peaceful feeling of the study. Bright lamp shades, either tall standing ones or the shorter ornate table lamps could be flanking the sofa set to make up the living room.
